Camber Coffee: Peru El Diamante Drop

This week, we featured an exclusive microlot from Camber CoffeePeru El Diamante, a beautifully layered coffee with tasting notes of red grape, dark chocolate, black plum, and blood orange. Sourced from the San José de Lourdes region in northern Peru, this coffee was grown at an elevation of 1850-2050 MASL, benefiting from the region’s cooler temperatures and high rainfall, resulting in a truly unique flavor profile.

We noticed a dip in sales compared to previous weeks and are curious why! While timing hasn’t changed, it’s possible that less familiarity with Camber Coffee played a role, or maybe some customers still have coffee left from last week’s drop?
