We find a drop date
If we love it, we book a Monday and lock in your wholesale price. You roast to order in the days before.

We drop the beans
Monday morning, your coffee hits 1,500+ specialty drinkers. Orders pour in. You roast, label, and ship. Most drops are out the door by Wednesday.

We text your coffee to 1,500+ fans
Nectarous handles the marketing. Monday morning, our list (growing every week) gets a single text with the week's coffee, the story, and the link. We write the copy, design the visuals, and run the campaign.
02 · The orders
You drop ship
If you're on Shopify, we love to plug into Shopify Collective — orders flow straight to your dashboard. Otherwise we send a CSV of every order the day after the drop. You roast, label, and ship.
03 · The math

- Listed at the same price you sell to your customers — typically $19–32 per bag
- Customer pays $5 shipping
- You charge us $6.29 per bag for fulfillment

FAQ
How many bags will we move?
Most drops land between 40 and 100 bags in a single Monday. Hot drops can push past 100. Quieter ones typically settle around 40. We won't promise volume, but we're happy to share our last four-drop average if you ask.
What's the lead time after a sample lands?
Cupping happens within a week of samples arriving. If we want to move forward, we usually book a drop 3 to 5 weeks out so you have time to roast at scale.
Do we need to be exclusive?
For brands looking to increase their audience, it helps. You can start selling the coffee on your own site right after the drop. If you can't find a coffee that's exclusive to Nectarous, we can combine some of your existing coffees into a multi-pack.
How and when do we get paid?
Shopify Collective handles it when we can. We charge the customer and you receive the wholesale we agreed on, automatically. If you're not on Shopify, invoice us the day after the drop and we'll pay you promptly. Wire, ACH, or check — your call.
What size bags?
Any size works. We've shipped lots as small as 100g and as large as 12oz. Multi-packs are welcome too — a flight of two or three lots is one of our best-selling formats.
What price works best?
$19 to $32 per bag sells well across the board. Our best results land in the mid-twenties — high enough to feel like a special bag.
